By booking, you agree to our cancellation policy: sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

Sessions are 60 minutes. You'll receive a confirmation email with a link to manage your appointment.

Yes, completely. Beulah Foundation for Christ is a ministry, and this counseling service will always be free, made possible through generous donations.

No account is needed. You just fill in your name and email when booking, and you'll receive a unique management link to view, reschedule, or cancel your appointment.

Our counselor will listen, ask questions, and provide guidance rooted in faith and care. Sessions are conversational and non-clinical — you set the pace.

Yes. You can book weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly recurring sessions right from the Book tab.

Privacy

Yes. Conversations during your session are strictly confidential. Your information will never be shared with third parties.

Only what is necessary: your name, email address, and optional phone number for booking. Your reason for counseling is optional and only visible to our counselor.

Your data is stored securely in our database, and all communication with the site happens over HTTPS.

Scheduling

Use the secure management link in your confirmation email, or paste your manage token into the "My Booking" tab above. Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your session.

All availability and session times are shown in West Africa Time (WAT, UTC+1) — please adjust accordingly if you're joining from elsewhere.
